Big Rock are without a doubt the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The alleged 24/7 customer support is complete and utter rubbish. They take days, even weeks to respond to any query or request for assistance. You message, which can only be sent by email or live chat, which is a robot, just sits there unseen. Even when they do contact you back, you get little to no information about what is being done or hownto resolve your query. Yes, it's cheap. But if you value your website and being able to resolve any issues at anything above snail pace, stay WELL clear. Shocking service!
