Hi there, As same as most companies, if not all, Big Rock also uses a chatbot to be responsive to the customer very quickly. And, as same as most users, if not all, I started chatting with the chatbot and explained my problem. Thanks to Big Rock chatbot service and its technical team, my problem was solved very soon_ in a few mins. At least, I was informed that my problem would be solved very soon. I mean, in less than a few mins, I received a convincing response from the Big Rock chatbot system. But, right after I received the message saying: this conversation had ended (or something), A "real" agent popped up and introduced herself to me:Hello, I am Salma A., how can I help you?Although I explained to her (by copying my previous messages sent to the chatbot) that my problem had been bluh bluh and it would be solved, she did not give up my problem and kept talking with me and asked me some other questions, though she could avoid doing that. At the end of our conversation, she asked me if I was sure about my decision (termination of a service) and I said yes!Then she took prompt action and accomplished the process that had been supposed to take 3 to 5 business days. That is so valuable to me. It is the meaning of valuing the customers. That's how a company, here Big Rock, can make loyal customers. I kindly request her manager to "see" her commitment, and great job, and if it is possible, this time would be her turn to get the promotion.
