The Big Rock chatbot was the best I've ever interacted with. It knew exactly what I needed and how to answer my questions (on my client's behalf) as if I was speaking to a live agent. I was referred to Big Rock because of their amazing customer service and they didn't disappoint today. However, when I went back for more help it would not let me start a new conversation. I think I had to log out and log back in.
