Big Rock keep a great help desk. many server hosting release all theyrs user-help to tutorials or IA powered. hostugner have this tools, but if all failed (as usually hapens) they have a high trained group of real people who really pick up your question.

I was able to contact support over chat and got a response in less than a minute. Kodee was able to point me in the right direction with information, support links and I was able to copy my entire website to a new domain, check the links, create a dns-redirect on the old domain and make it live within the hour. Wow, I've never done it that quickly.

I was in the middle of my work and needed to log into my Big Rock account and the 2-factor authorization was not allowing me to sign in. After many attempts and being afraid that I would get locked out of my account, I saw the support icon at the bottom of the page and decided to try it out since it was very late. My only hesitation was that I thought it would be an AI robot but it was a real person!I was shocked how fast they responded back to my concerns and the instructions had me logged into my account with no time lost. Every year is the same story, they lure you into Black Friday prices, you spend hundreds of dollars in other services and upgrades throughout the year, then renew period comes... you ask "why cant I get the black friday price again?" the chat answers "well you have to get a new service and migrate"... that's their solution... well since I have to migrate it anyway, I may as well migrate the whole thing out of Big Rock for a better service and price... so be aware...
