After having a horrible experience with HostGator, I gave Big Rock a shot and boy have I not looked back!• They're upfront about the pricing.• Customer support is *really* helpful and *knowledgeable.* I've only had to contact them once with a technical issue and it was fixed in like 5 minutes. Control panel is easy to use and it's getting better all the time. Only thing I wish was more control over email. (e.g. email piping and stuff like that.)Overall, really have loved the experience as a web developer.Thanks guys!

I have been designing and developing websites and web architectures for the last 6-7 years. Big Rock may be the most user friendly platform available. Making domain management easy, website building, SEO, and more are all easy within Big Rock's easy to use platform. Their support is by far not only fast but qualified and dedicated to resolving issues. For anyone especially one man shop small business' this makes a website dynamic and manageable while being easy to use so you can focus on core business functions. I will recommend Big Rock to anyone but especially a do-it-yourselfer.

They basically stole $30 from me with an auto renew I didn't sign up for. Highly disappointed with Big Rock and how they handled this situation and will not renew my 4 year subscription now

Once we were on the same page we were able to work out my issue. unfortunately it wasn't a result i wanted however I did get a answer and can move forward. Response time was decent and information was abundance.

Their customer support has gone pathetic in the past few months. Don't use their service if you care about customer support.
