I have been with them for a few years and even though it was a struggle at first, they have clearly overcome their challenges and have become much better over time. you have to go through hurdles to reach customer service but once you do, they're very friendly and helpful.

Big Rock is a great hosting company. The live support for all customers is really, really helpful. I love the tools and options the user have when trying to build websites or configure a VPS server - like the file manager, phpmyadmin configuration in one click or a VPS with pre-installed apps.

Big Rock has a great service and I will always recommend them to others, they have this Titan email which most hosting don't and makes it easy to sign in and manage emails on phone. Also, their customer support are amazing. i would give a 5 star rating but their billing is the only thing I find out of proportion. They increase hosting prices at will and remove plans as they wish and their renewal prices are way high. I think compared to others, if you guys could be a little more moderate, it will be a 5/5 always from me
