I’ve reached out to their support team countless times, only to be met with disappointment every single time. Their level of indifference and lack of readiness to address issues is truly astonishing. I recently wrote to HostingRaja regarding a charge, asking what it was for (you can't talk to anyone). I got an email back saying a refund was ordered. I did not know they had cancelled the domain registration at the time, as there was no explanation. When I discovered we didn't have a domain, I wrote asking what happened. The only answer I have received was asking for another email address so they could answer the question. Since then, I have heard nothing in spite of repeated pleas for information. Have we lost out 20 year old domain name? I am frantic over the possible loss and have written so, but no response. It is now Tuesday in Lithuania and still no reply from "their dedicated team who was told it was urgent". They know I will be out of the country on charity business for 3 weeks starting at 4AM on Wednesday. They have refused to release / unlock our domain name of 22 years and will not resolve the problem. I don't know what I can do to keep our website running and they are doing nothing. I do not understand why they think asking what a charge was for (there was no communication in advance or billing) means we want to destroy our website communication with applicants, volunteers, etc. Think carefully before trusting your organization's future to people who apparently do not understand English well enough, don't follow through with correcting their errors, have zero direct access, will hold your website for ransom or ???, are unconcerned that their error affects so many poor girls and have no idea what urgent means. UPDATE: email saying they are unable to find the requested information I sent on Saturday.

Response is a lie! Been going on since beginning 3 months ago and we've contacted over 50x and you've got dozens of people responding and somebody new each time so you don't know what's going on. You're a fraud and a scam! Maybe have 1 person per customer query instead of 20 different bots giving canned responses so nobody knows what's going on! Our sale ended weeks ago in 10 states and we can't login and can't respond to emails costing us tens of thousands of dollars thus the lawsuit! Fraud company from Lithuania. Continue to cost our businesses tens of thousands of dollars for non working product and ZERO customer service. We can not access anything and they refuse to take everything down and refund our money. They seem to think they can operate with impunity and destroy businesses and false advertise. No recourse and they are illegally using our information even after legal cease and desist orders to remove all our information and issue refund.

They're good and cost effective. I am a customer for around a year now. What I don't like about them is their AI based customer services bot. At times it's really painful and you really want to talk to a real person which usually takes time. Otherwise it's good.

Do not waste your time and resources on HostingRaja. VPS is down almost every week or whenever you really need it. Hosting a website and having professional email addresses are at your own risks. When you change your email passwords, others still can access it with the old password for at least 2-3 hours.

Manuel worked with me with patience and attention throughout the process of trying to resolve the issue I was having with the HostingRaja connection in being able to access and edit my website. Although we could not get it resolved during the service call, Manuel forwarded the issue to another colleague (i.e., Jesus). I asked Manuel if he could help expedite the correction -- which appears he was able to have done -- as the issue was resolved the next day!

HostingRaja has literally shut down my business with just one email. In the email, they stated: "Your website on your Cloud Enterprise Hosting plan has been suspended due to the following reason: abuse." We have been preparing for our business for over 1.5 months and have not even launched our platform yet. However, HostingRaja claims they received reports of abuse from customers. This is impossible because we haven’t started yet and don’t have any customers at all.I asked them to share these alleged abuse reports, but they were unable to provide any proof—because there are no reports. We haven’t even launched! I paid for a full year of their Cloud Enterprise plan upfront, trusting HostingRaja. Now, I realize HostingRaja is a dangerous hosting provider that can shut down a business in a single day with just one email, based on baseless accusations without any evidence.I will never pay for an entire year upfront again. I am still in shock. All my work and business have been shut down, just like that.I had all screenshots and videos with live support. I will also share them on other platforms. I can not still believe that.

Technical support is useless?? I followed all the instructions they put on their articles to change my hosting plan. My website is down since 24th of October And today is 13th Nov. They made me lose money and business and nobody cares. Ticket is open and marked as priority as they said but seems this is not real ????

AVOID if you value your private data!Negligence and privacy violations, never mind the incompetence dealing with support. HostingRaja has made my billing information public, after registering a domain with them, opening me up to a litany of calls and spam from international numbers. HostingRaja support has confirmed that publishing billing information of the client was *NOT* an ICANN nor CIRA requirement, but was done as part of HostingRaja's internal policies.Seeking an amicable resolution, perused this issue n via Online chat, 17 emails, 10+ Support Agents, escalation through T1 and T2 support. Received nothing but utter dismissal, incompetence and complete disregard for any due diligence. I can provide emails and conversation history as evidence of this negligent and dismissive behavior. No doubt they will reply to this message with another completely automated and generic response, not even give this review a shred of their attention.HostingRaja is a complete joke and its support an insult to their customers.14 days later my phone and email are still exploding with spam calls.Edit:Exactly as predicted, HostingRaja provides a factually-incorrect, generic response without giving this review time a day.After 17 emails your team has failed to provide even a single statement in Who Is, ICANN or CIRA requirements where *BILLING* information was to be disclosed. Your team in chat has admitted that this was NOT ICANN, CIRA nor WHOIS policy and done at HostingRaja's discretion solely. Additionally I have provided dozens .CA Canadian business domains who do not use WHOIS privacy protection, do not disclose their billing info and are CIRA, ICANN compliant. Look at any major Canadian business. You continue to talk out of your ass.You do not take privacy seriously, otherwise we would not be in this situation.

The chat support experiences have been terrible things that should take minutes and take hours. Agents often disappear for over an hour, leaving issues unresolved. Or it will take an hour just for the agent to ask me a question. I recently needed help with something as simple as centering a header image, but I was transferred three times over a span of two hours. It took so long that I had to give up and go to bed without any resolution. I’ve also had recurring issues where chat agents disappear for an hour, only to ultimately not help me and transfer me again.

I hosted a bunch of website on HostingRaja when I was working as an agency. Since then, the agency closed so I had to move each website to its own individual HostingRaja account. It's been nothing short of a nightmare. Their support is not helpful most of the time, heavily relying on FAQs instead of truly taking ownership of your case. Support is not equipped to handle corner cases. The responses are very slow (up to 30 minutes wait between messages !). Also, be aware that if a domain expired and you want to move it to another HostingRaja account where a hosting with free domain is included, you won't be able to move it. You will need to renew the domain, then transfer it. Essentially, paying 2x for the same thing. HostingRaja do not provide good will gesture in that scenario. TLDR: If you have a "normal case", I think HostingRaja is great. But if you need help with a more unique situation, you're going to have to spend hours on resolving it.

It took a very long time with several back and forth emails to solve my problem, which was that my website was shutdown and my account was blocked. I eventually got the real answer after being told to clear my cache, see if I was up to date on my payments and if my domain name was still valid. I had another account that was accidentally setup under a different email and that created a confusing mess. The answer they finally gave me was that my website was attacked by malware and was shutdown immediately. Luckily HostingRaja automatically backs up 7 days worth of the site. Once this was known, the process of reinstalling my site was quick and easy. They have me access to my hpanel and I just needed to essentially push a button and my site was back in it's original form. Despite the back and forth emails and false solutions to my problem, I was happy to have my website back. Thank you HostingRaja.

We purchased a domain with HostingRaja since June 30th and we are trying to transfer the domain because of customer service issue. We received a reply "you can unlock and move your domain after a 60-day period from the domain's registration or last transfer date. If you try to unlock it before this period, it will automatically lock again." It is now November 16th, well beyond the 60-day period. We are still getting the runaround from this company.
