This hosting service group is by far one of the most difficult to work with and i would never use them for a website. They blocked the domain i had from going live for 24 hours after creating it. After building the website for 4 hours they finally didnt like the word “coin” in the domain name, and they claimed that was a flag on their security. This was all for an informational website and they would not let it go live even after explaining the purpose. After removing the word they still didnt like the domain name. At one point one of their reps recommended an AI tool from their site for an approved domain name, which ironically after entering in the details the AI picked the exact same domain name they disapproved. What a joke and waste of time. I went with Bluehost instead. They used the same builder, and I had my site live in 5 minutes with the name i wanted. Zero issues. Don’t waste your time with HostingRaja.

Not trustable att all!!!! they blocked my company’s domain, almost all week can’t come in to email and homepage not accesible. Asking to send company registration certificate, passport copy… sent everything what they asked, still nothing happening. If they need any additional information about me, just could ask it, but not block!!! Loosing clients, can’t get invoices from email, damaging business. Going to take a lawyer now

I had a problem getting .htaccess and .htpasswd to work for my HTML and CSS website. HostingRaja's automated "Kodee" assistant gave me incorrect information regarding the path I should use to reference the .htpasswd file. I asked to speak to a live representative and Ramiro came online to assist. His help was friendly, and though we had a couple of minor issues to iron out, he was able to help me get it working quickly. Very impressed with the service, and I've only deducted a star because of the considerable time wasted and frustration due to inaccurate info from "Kodee".

Decided to transfer some sites to the "Business" tariff plan. Asked the support service (I suspect, AI) about the possibility of installing additional Perl modules and received an affirmative answer. What luck, after buying a server for 2 years and starting to transfer sites, it turned out that the necessary capabilities guaranteed before the purchase were missing. Wasted time. The money was returned very quickly.

i was charged without accepting auto renewal payment. The have never sent un message explaining they would changer the money of my account. Even if I contacted customer service, that are very nice, they say that domain charge is not refundable. After explaining here mi case, HostingRaja sent my a refund. I consider it a good customer service. However, it could help for the future customers to make all the acounts charger refundable. It would increase trust in the company.

Questionable security measures!! I just signed up with these goons, thinking because they had such great ratings, they would be my answer to recovery after a toxic experience with Shopify. So I thought, you know what I will partner with these folks so I can swiftly get my website going. After spending the entire day reading reviews going through tutorials, to finally start building my site on WP, I noticed that on my WP profile - my email displayed as a .coom (common error since I have been up for days trying to revise my strategy after an awful experience with the previous vendor) and not a .com. I went back to the interface to immediately alert their support team, I was told that I had to report my email along with the invalid email, and was instructed to go through an entire process with providing proof the payment I made. The issue is WHY would a company who prides themselves in HIGH TECH PROTECTION not have the measures in place to alert the user that it can’t proceed with an INVALID email?!!! There are so many companies that don’t even have 1% in the amount of security let alone online protection that would automatically block and not proceed without a valid email when setting up an account! How does a company not have coding and processes in place to determine if an email is VALID or not?! We all know that there is no such thing as a .coom. This is suspicious as far as the kind of quality this company operates in. Especially if they are in the business of SECURED HOSTING in 2024! This is not the 90’s! After being told it could take two days for their verification team to get back to me that this ticket would be escalated. Currently no update! Support was horrible, wouldn’t grab a supervisor and was incompetent. Wouldn’t even guide me to understand how and if I could continue building my site through WP! When I attempted to access WP and received an ERROR message and communicated this- the representative asked if I was migrating to WP?! WORD PRESS is literally part of my package!!! I got the 4 years subscription because that was the confidence I had with their service! I’m left in the balance AGAIN! Can’t get my site up in the time frame I need, and if I cancel my subscription I will have to wait almost a week for for my domain name to be available!!! Paid for a full package and can’t even use the service because they obviously don’t have basic secured processes. This company is a JOKE! I WANT ANSWERS!!!!! I feel fooled and taken advantage of. This is FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!! Thanks again Mercedes - you have been a participant in hindering my business! BEWARE everyone! Why trust a company that can’t get standard account setup protocols right?! Regretting every moment now and furious!

First of all, when they say "free migration", they don't mean they'll migrate it for you like scalahosting, they mean they'll allow you to use their migration tool for free... but oh, well, it went fine.But then I go to log in to my new site and I get a recaptcha, which is a Google product. And whenever you fill those out it's not just the test, Google is fingerprinting your device. And since I haven't been under a rock for the last 10 years I realize how bad of an idea it is to have them gatekeeping all the traffic on the internet. So I email support and say hey, I don't want any Google services monitoring traffic on my websites, to which their response was to gaslight me and tell me it wasn't happening. After an hour of going back-and-forth telling me they won't escalate the ticket because I'm wrong and my own eyes are not to be trusted, guy says his shift is ending and he "hopes he was helpful". So the next guy gets on and tells me the same thing for a few exchanges, after which I tell him to read the thread. After realizing I'm not going to just give in, he agrees to ask his superiors. Well, what do you know, the recaptcha I'm looking at does actually exist, but they're not going to turn it off. "Oh it's part of third party service we use and it's for your own safety and yada ya" why don't you try having some principle.Response to reply: Do you see how you're saying there are no Google services monitoring the site, then you say that recaptcha is monitoring the site, and recaptcha is Google? Do you see how dishonest that is? Do you see what the first word in the title of this review is?

I had a terrible experience with HostingRaja’s domain auto-renewal system (Domain ID: AzZN0FTwyWL2NDJA), despite having auto-renewal enabled and a valid credit card set as the default payment method before the domain’s expiry, the auto-renewal failed. This caused my domain to enter a grace period without any prior notification or warning email about the failed renewal attempt.As a result, critical services dependent on this domain went offline, leading to customer complaints and lost business opportunities. To make matters worse, HostingRaja’s customer support team showed a lack of understanding and accountability. On 11/30/2024 8.24 AM received an email from ICANN ERRP for the domain. 3. No single notice was received for unsuccessful payment or domain expiry before the expiry date.4. Had a chat with your agent, but the agent was not able to solve the issue. I asked to connect me with the senior manager but the agent does not help me with this. I explained that I was unable to remove the expired card with an error message of "Can't remove your payment method - screenshots available".5. Try to pay it manually under the option available under domain portfolio, clicking the renew button and the error appears again "Error occurred while getting final pricing"6. Struggled and I renewed the domain through the billing subscription option by paying $18.17 renewal price. For domain ID: ID: 16BeUoTwYWsX04gXL7. Now once again most frustrating thing happened today, deducting a payment of USD. 52.17 for one of the domain in which I disable the auto-renewal and let for auto expiry. As I need to discontinue this domain I have asked one of your agent, and the agent confirmed that disable auto-renewal and let the domain expire automatically. While auto-renewal was disabled, somehow this renewal was happened again by forcefully deducted from my credit card. Needs urgent attention and a serious explanation for this also. Please note I am maintaining 8 domains and business web hosting on your platform. If your organization is unable to handle our services, I have no option but to move to another reliable service provider with poor ratings and disappointment.

I had already used this hosting company in the past, with superb first years, then I ended up leaving because of problems with the support team who didn't answer my questions.I wanted to see how things had evolved, so I took out a 3-year Cloud Professional hosting contract, taking advantage of Black Friday.I tried to get help with setting up Cloudflare DNS, but the help articles didn't answer my questions. I had to know what to remove and what to keep, and I spent an hour trying to find human support, but it was impossible.So I canceled my subscription because in the event of a problem, as unfortunately happens, you need access to human support.

HostingRaja are hosting provider for bitmainutratrades , a known crypto investment scamming site. I have been a victim of their scams and I reported to HostingRaja. They have not been very forthcoming with assisting me. Sending me off to Action fraud/Police to work with. HostingRaja you know exactly what is going on and you are enabling these scammers by providing them a suitable platform to steal from hard working people. You should be shut down and fined for providing such services. My emails are responded to in such a rude manner also. Yes the relevant authorities are after you.Added today - HostingRaja you are the enabler and so far you have done nothing to assist in finding the perpetrators. I send a valid legitimate interest letter for you to provide me with the relevant information / dat about the scammers and you have refused.So yet you are part of the scam as you are hosting, providing them with a platform allowing them to steal from others. Yes the law enforcement are involved and we they will get to the bottom of this. You are all part of this scamming game. You will not get away with this.

Shameful and Awwful service for VPS. Port 80 and others are not opening..raised ticket and its been 2 days but not resolved. Dont buy any service from HostingRaja. Just a worst provider.
