WORST SUPPORT - MY ALL .UK DOMAINS GOT SUSSPENDED BECAUSE OF THE POOR SUPPORT TEAMthere support team is wort, first they delay the updating of our client records then they don't bother to follow up with the registrar. their sites are down more 20 days and these guys don't bother to do anything. such poor service, the support team is really unprofessional and should be fired without asking any question. it looks like the top mangers are just enjoying the big salaries without checking the worst staff work, which is causing the customers to suffer. -10000000000000 experience Update: 5-12-2024Today we checked with registrar of .uk domains and they said the suspension was not from the registrar but from the HostingRaja. All the time the HostingRaja team was lying that the suspension is from the registrar where as the team of HostingRaja was not doing anything and my client suffer.Our client is communicating with his Solicitor and legal team for the demurrages and losses he has to suffer due to HostingRaja Negligence and giving wrong information.

I had purchased a domain from HostingRaja last year and yesterday its subscription was deducted from my account because of auto renewal and now i have reached the HostingRaja support regarding the refund and domain cancellation at first they thought i was some new person and they tried to fool me that "once a domain is registered, it cannot be refunded due to the policies in place. You might consider letting the domain expire or transferring it to someone else who might find it useful. I’ve had an awful experience with HostingRaja, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Their services are just not serious. Even with a 48 months subscription, my website was constantly down, and the loading speeds were painfully slow. It felt like they weren’t even trying to provide a decent service.The customer support was one of the worst parts. I had to wait forever for responses, and when they finally replied, the answers were generic and didn’t actually help. It’s like they don’t care about their customers at all.On top of that, their pricing is super misleading. They lure you in with cheap initial rates, but the renewal prices are ridiculously high. Canceling your subscription is also a nightmare—they make it unnecessarily complicated, which feels really shady.Save yourself the headache and look for a better hosting provider. There are plenty of more reliable and professional options out there, companies that actually respect their customers and deliver what they promise. HostingRaja is just not worth it.

It’s good and good service

I do not like this website hosting service. I asked for a refund but it was outside the refund period. The only reason my website is still online is because I could not work out how to park the domain, and even after speaking to customer service still could not work out how to do it. So it's up there with a template for selling soap, which has nothing to do with what I planned for the original website. To make it into my website would be too arduous - making the site is extremely un-userfriendly. The font of my website just changed on its own halfway down the page, for no reason, I spoke to customer service, I was looking at the code. They could give me no answer. I got the recommendation to use the site from a website creator on Airtasker, who basically recommended it to get the referral money. It's a shit product that makes people money on a referral fee, that's all its got going for it. Wix is way better and easy to use.

Price is excellent and the builder is fairly easy to use if a little clunky.However, once I had finished the site I tried to accelerate it's being found by Google using Google Search Console. The Website builder does not support direct upload of html and there is no way (despite what the AI help says) of copying code into the header which is what Google needs with a HTML tag. You then cannot revert to another editor to continue the site, which is a shame.The AI help tool is really useful though. I wish I'd known I'd have these issues before committing to three websites and an e-mail address for 12 months.Update: HostingRaja replied and reached out which was nice, couldn't resolve the problem, did offer other solutions. So the lesson is that using HostingRaja Website Builder is a 2* Experience, but using HostingRaja in general to host a website, buy domains and create an e-mail account is a 5* experience.

they charge you for things that they shouldn't and then claim that they can't give you a refund. they also have poor customer service and horrible attitudes when speaking to clients. i am so dissapointed in this service and devastated that i am locked in with them for another year.

Please don't waste your time with HostingRaja. They rip you off with separate email accounts, and once you are paying, you have to keep paying every time you need another email.

I recently tried creating a website with HostingRaja and worked on it for 20 hours. Unfortunately, the website was very slow, and then it suddenly stopped working. I had purchased two hosting plans, but they only refunded me for one. Both of my websites were affected, and I still haven’t received a full refund.This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I feel that their service does not meet expectations. Based on my experience, I would advise caution before choosing this provider.

The worst Customer Service and the most limited webshop platform.Don't make you foolish by the low price, you will have very few tools to manage the webshop, no App at all to control the shop from the phone, and ZERO assistance in case you have a problem.Expect only premade answers bot-style and Good Luck!Terrible compared to Wix, which is expensive but they have the best Customer Service and you'll need it at some point.Also the design features are very limited.

I was looking for a more reasonable hosting service for my Wordpress site. HostingRajas' price sparked my interest, so I signed up for the 4-year plan. It was on sale and very reasonable. The first issue was their automatic migration app. It never worked and timed out every try, giving a low disk space error, even though my current host was only using half of the disk space at the time.Then, the real fun started: trying to get technical service. It starts with a chat, which is AI; you never get a real person. The AI chat bot always replied that they would have a technical person look into the problem and get in touch.Then you get emails from several people (I think people) all with the same solution, which never worked. I went though this for 5 days, finally I manually downloaded a backup and FTP'd the file to HostingRaja for them to restore on their site. They sent an email a day later saying the site was good to go; I just had to point the Internet to it. Great, I thought!Not so much..the newly created site was butchered, nothing worked properly, files lost, a total disaster. Back to square 1 and the AI help chatbot.I received the same response as the first help request I sent almost a week ago, not enough disk space to migrate your site.Their technical service is non-existent, the AI chat just feeds you tutorials on how to correct the issue yourself and wishes you good luck, no personal service, you cannot speak to a person, and if you have a problem not outlined in their tutorials you are screwed.After about 10 days of dealing with multiple chat emails ant total frustration, I got my money back and stuck with my old host, who also confirmed several horror stories from customers that came from HostingRaja.The only good part of the experience that the 30-day money-back refund was easy to get back, that was the only thing that was positive.Good luck if you chose them, the low cost might look good but beware

Despite multiple daily attempts and a week and a half of waiting, they still have not completed the migration, only the initial one which disappeared overnight one day, causing serious inconveniences. Instead of solutions, customer service is completely ineffective, full of promises adorned with pretty words but completely empty.Customer service is very poor; each interaction turns into a marathon of waiting, with response times ranging from 5 to 15 minutes, wearing down anyone's patience. They do not offer concrete solutions, and their only constant is the inability to resolve issues.I hope this review serves as a warning to other users considering HostingRaja. My advice is to look for more reliable and professional alternatives.

If you're looking to host just one website, HostingRaja might be a decent choice. However, as an agency owner myself, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere if you need a reliable agency solution.Today, we received an email notifying us that one of our cloud servers would be changing its IP address. While I understand that such changes can happen, I promptly adjusted the A records for our clients whose DNS is not managed by HostingRaja. But just 4-5 hours later, HostingRaja sent another email claiming that they were not, in fact, changing the IP address and that we could continue using the current one.When I replied, pointing out that it’s unprofessional to send conflicting information like that, I tried to reach out to their support team. Instead of addressing my concern, their AI assistant, Kodee, went off on a completely different topic. What a joke! ??It’s clear that HostingRaja is cutting corners on support. They bloat each WordPress installation with multiple plugins of their own, one of which is a very poor AI assistant that fails to provide relevant help. This adds unnecessary complexity and frustration to the user experience.We have more than 10 cloud servers with HostingRaja and we pay a substantial amount for their services. However, this experience has been frustrating enough for us to decide to retire HostingRaja from our agency's hosting solutions. It's time we host on our own infrastructure instead.
