Another updateUpon reflection, yes there is the odd thing that bugs...Sometimes Pexels doesn't seem to have everything you want and which is the archive for material the company has an account with, while overall it's a pretty decent resource and I have benefitted from this aspect.Yes, sometimes it appears that the 'technical team' (behind the scenes) is fictitious; however, the site is pretty decent anyway - I love the website and everyone I've shown it to, also likes it. It is responsive and great value.Drop-down arrows for menu sub-categories...they could think of an alternative solution, while I see why they use them (because menus also have to work on mobile-phones and so is an obvious option). And not having a way to upload music other than using custom-code and which means you cannot see what you're designing on the web-page as you're designing. Okay, I am using YouTube instead and therefore a bit longwinded and yet at least they provided a work-around. There are a great many features and help at hand and being a bit forgiving with some of the features or lack of them, if you put your mind to the job you can put together a nice looking site for a very reasonable cost.I am a fan of HostingRaja and simply hope the above improvements can be made, in time. They are one of the better companies out there, offering web-design platforms. And I know this because my website with them is the third in a row, myself having moved away from two other companies previously.UpdateAfter waiting a month, the website was working on a PC in terms of the scrolling actually hitting the areas acting as anchors but then it went wrong, while the anchors stayed working on the smartphone. So, very odd. They have clearly fixed the website on the smartphone but now the website on the PC is really twonky...and they have classified the case as 'resolved'?! UpdateThe excuse that older versions of Android will be incompatible to some degree with HostingRaja's web-builder (as below) is rubbish because the problem also occurs sometimes on PCs.And there is no real technical-team behind the support-representatives at the end of the live-chat for when problems outstanding are due to HostingRaja's programming errors. So, they get two stars because at least the website appears in ratio across devices for the most part while the mirage of technical support and false information fed in response (let alone Pexels being the only video-bank!) brings the standard right down.UpdateStill awaiting follow-up emails regarding website-responsive since their reply here on Trustpilot.Old reviewNon-responsive website (their web-building platform does not adjust accordingly to all screen-sizes):The website is 'responsive' for PC and laptop and tablet, yet not for mobile-phones despite advertising to the contrary...Mobile-phone issues:First of all, the website only looks okay in portrait mode but not landscape.Second, their buttons don't work properly - the buttons don't literally do anything until after about seven seconds of trying and even then the website will slip past the point of 'anchor' (the area on the page you have set the button to link to). Only from refreshing the screen do the pages eventually work as they should.Third problem, when you click on a button, a blue square appears around the button when you click it - this is showing the area which is clickable but shouldn't be viewable to the user on a published website.HostingRaja is, as you will find out for yourself, one of these outsourcing faceless sort of companies, and which is not immediately obvious because they give the initial impression of being at hand; the giveaway, is when you put technical questions to them and they simply make excuses such as technical hindrances being a matter of clearing cache or the multitude of varying phones and browsers...typical non-reply. In other words, there are programming issues which they can't be bothered to fix. And probably because there is not really any 'technical team' which is supposedly handling programming queries.

The problem was not solved in the first call, until the second one which was today, 4 days later.

Feedback on My Experience with HostingRaja "We’re proud to say that we’re currently the fastest-growing web hosting company in the world." As a Business Developer, I recognize that rapid growth can bring challenges, but my experience as a customer suggests there are significant issues behind this claim. A few weeks ago, I decided to choose HostingRaja as my hosting provider. I migrated one website (which has been active for over 15 years) and two domains to your platform. The process was easy and fast, but it came with a series of frustrating problems. Migration Experience While the initial migration seemed straightforward, it quickly became clear that the process was riddled with issues. Despite following best practices, my website encountered errors that should have been resolved easily by an experienced support team. The Support Experience The support system has been the most disappointing aspect of my experience. It’s ineffective and unhelpful, which is particularly frustrating for someone like me who is not new to WordPress or web development. -Automated Bot Issues: The bot provides incorrect or irrelevant information, which caused significant delays and even led to my website disappearing temporarily. - Inefficient Support Process: After dealing with the bot, I had to explicitly request human assistance. Despite claims that the support team reads the conversation history, I repeatedly had to explain my issue from the beginning. - Inexperienced Support Agents: The support agents seem polite and hardworking but lack the expertise to resolve issues effectively. Instead of providing solutions, they shift the blame between WordPress, LiteSpeed, Google, and HostingRaja itself. This circular blame game has been exhausting and unproductive. Waiting Times As I write this, I’ve been waiting over an hour for a response from an agent named Jordan. Unfortunately, based on my prior experiences, I have little confidence that this interaction will lead to a resolution. My Conclusion HostingRaja presents itself as a fast and affordable hosting solution, and its cloud hosting capabilities are indeed promising. However, the lack of competent support and the frustrating customer experience outweigh the benefits. Despite watching tutorials, reading guides, and leveraging my experience with WordPress and website creation, I’ve faced one issue after another. Support has only added to my frustrations rather than providing meaningful assistance. For anyone considering HostingRaja, I would urge caution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend HostingRaja at this time. If necessary, I can provide detailed documentation to support my claims, but I am so exhausted from dealing with this company that I hesitate to invest any more time in what has been a thoroughly disappointing experience. If you are the fastest growing web hosting company in the world you should invest in people. People that have experiance and can handle other people and have the compentence of the STANDARD that you so much tell US that you have. If YOU say "worldclass" the I expect "worldclass". Am I right?

They refused to refund the money they took from my account for a domain, which they charged me for without notifying me. The worst platform ever!

HostingRaja.com is a typical Cypriot-Lithuanian shell company. HostingRaja International Ltd registered in Cyprus and HostingRaja UAB’s registered in Lithuania. They own nothing, they only rent equipment. And most importantly, they do not have technical support for customers, and the agreement with the Client is drawn up in such a way that the HostingRaja provider does not bear any responsibility for the non-operation of VPS websites due to HostingRaja’s fault. Instead, the Client is offered to have or hire IT specialists for Apache, Ubuntu, etc.My experience with HostingRaja: Seven months ago, I bought a VPS KVM2 plan. After a month of WordPress work, Apachi2 server crashed. Together with Kodee AI assistant, it took 2 weeks to restore Apachi2. On October 29, 2024, Apachi2 server crashed again. For 2 months I have not been able to access the site even via FTP. I spent more than 43 hours together with Kodee AI assistant to restore access to the site, but in 2025 it is still not working. HostingRaja have hidden mandatory payments, for the renewal of the domain name they asked for $ 37.75 plus tax.

I signed up for the hosting plan my website but the migration process was not successful and help desk (customer support) was not helpful at all in resolving the problem or help with migration. I ended up talking to a bot and then a support person who blaming the everything else except providing a solution. This is was a waste of time. I would not recommend if you are looking for customer support when you there are issues with migrating your website.

Terrible experience, my website was always crashing and hardly ever live! I reported this numerous times and hey presto! It came back on!This is my life and livelihood and I would never ever use HostingRaja in a million years ever again. Customer service is just very bland and always full of sorry & sympathy but never get anything done! Hideous company and avoid like the plague! Luckily I have another website with one.com that are very reliable and helpful, one.com recommended ??

I have had websites for over 20 years and have used many hosts. I joined HostingRaja in 2021 and recently my sites are absolutely crippled with the speed of the server. Hosting has changed my server 3 times in the last 60 days and it has not improved. My site was down for a few days, because of an error on their end, and it cost me hundreds of dollars in revenue. They did not care. I created a new Wordpress blog, with nothing on it, and the server could not load it quickly. The customer service is usually not bad if you get the right person, but there are not many of them and it can take hours for them to respond. Recently they hired a young guy whom I’ve gotten 3 times and he is useless. Seems to have zero training. I will definitely be finding a new host asap. I can’t afford to stay with them.

I paid for an annual subscription to Business wordpress the price of which was $97.09 a year later in December 2024 I found in my bank statement a charge of $143.88 so HostingRaja raised the price by $47 more but I have not received any notification of the change in price or my express consent. Support refused to cancel the subscription, it's more like a soft scam to take more money legally. I will contact the bank for a chargeback. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Stay away. Giving "free trial" but setting up Auto-Renewal without letting you know. Been charging me 150GBP/year for 2 years. Declined a refund. Mickael

I purchased a Google Workspace account from HostingRaja on 3rd December 2024 and have been unable to log in since. Despite multiple attempts to seek assistance, the issue remains unresolved. The support team has repeatedly provided the same ineffective solutions without properly reviewing the previous case history, demonstrating a clear lack of coordination and accountability. Furthermore, my repeated requests for a callback have been completely ignored, which is highly unprofessional and unacceptable for a service provider of their stature. I demand an immediate resolution to this matter or cancellation of the Google Workspace account with a full refund of the amount paid. Failure to respond promptly will leave me with no choice but to escalate this matter to higher authorities and consumer grievance platforms.

I’ve been a loyal HostingRaja customer for over 6 years, but my recent experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.Six months before my hosting plan was set to expire, I was informed by HostingRaja’s support team that my storage was full and I couldn’t add more data. They strongly pushed me to upgrade to their Cloud Startup Plan, promising more storage and better performance. Despite the high cost, I trusted their advice and purchased the plan, scraping together over $300 through loans and help from friends and family. What did I get in return? A mere 1 GB of email storage, instead of the 10 GB or more they had promised at the time of the upgrade. This was especially frustrating because my primary goal was to improve my email marketing efforts without my emails ending up in spam folders. After countless interactions with their support team (Ticket ID: #182234), I was told that due to "service updates," they could no longer provide the promised storage. Instead, they suggested I pay additional charges to get more storage. This is not just misleading—it’s outright deceptive.HostingRaja’s lack of transparency, broken promises, and poor customer service have caused me immense stress. I trusted them with my hard-earned money, and they completely let me down.If you’re considering HostingRaja, think twice. Their promises mean nothing, and you might find yourself spending more money for services they fail to deliver.

A Cautionary TaleMy experience with HostingRaja has been nothing short of a disaster, and I feel compelled to warn others about this company’s unprofessional practices.First, their email hosting service is fundamentally flawed. HostingRaja claims to send clients "critical updates" via email, yet their system doesn't even work. I never received these notifications, resulting in the loss of valuable work emails—an outcome that was both frustrating and detrimental to my business. When I reached out for support, it took weeks to get a response. Their eventual conclusion? All my emails were permanently lost. No accountability, no real solutions—just a generic apology that did nothing to mitigate the damage. The final straw came when I decided to end my web hosting with them. I informed them of my decision a full week before my renewal date, yet they completely ignored it. To my shock, they charged me for an entire year of hosting that I was not using. Despite months of attempts to claim a refund, I got nowhere. After three months of back-and-forth, I finally gave up.In my opinion, HostingRaja operates more like a company that preys on unsuspecting customers than one with any real commitment to principles or reputation. Their lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service is appalling. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid HostingRaja at all costs. There are far better hosting providers out there—ones that will respect their customers and honor their commitments.

If you value your time, effort, and business, DO NOT TRUST HostingRaja! This company has ruined everything I worked for. I’ve been a HostingRaja user for over a year, and it’s been the most troublesome and unreliable experience ever. Let me share my story so no one else suffers as I did.I bought a domain, varsityjacketmaker.com, just a month ago to start building my website. The site barely had any content — all dummy placeholders — because I was just getting started. Out of nowhere, my domain was suspended without any notice! HostingRaja then had the audacity to suspend all my other working websites, teamjacketshop.com and realleatherbag.com, dragging my entire business down with it.When I contacted them, they claimed there were "abuse reports" on my domain. Abuse reports? For a brand-new domain with nothing on it? It’s ridiculous! They asked me for ID, bills, and registration numbers — information that’s irrelevant when you’re just starting out and don’t need to register a new business immediately.I did everything they asked. I even rushed to register my domain urgently and submitted the documents. Still, they continued to ignore me! After 17 hours, I got an email claiming there were reports on unrelated domains like teamjacketshop.com and varsity.varsityjacketmaker.com. HostingRaja’s so-called support team stopped responding after that. My websites remain down, unindexed, and flagged as dangerous. My business is in shambles because of this incompetent and unreliable company.Their cheap hosting comes with useless, cheap customer service. Their support team doesn’t care, and they take weeks to respond while your business is destroyed. They suspend accounts without notice, provide no solutions, and treat customers like dirt.I wish I were in the US to file a strong legal case against this shady, unreliable company. HostingRaja has no respect for their customers’ hard work, and all the glowing reviews you see online? They’re paid lies. Nobody tells the truth about how this company ruins businesses.I’ve now started my blog, HostingRajaRealReview.com, to expose the truth about HostingRaja’s fraudulent practices. Imagine putting in 24 hours and years of hard work to build your business, only for HostingRaja to suspend your account and delete your website without explanation.DO NOT USE HostingRaja.Save yourself the heartbreak, wasted time, and money. Choose a hosting provider that actually cares about its customers and their businesses. Stay as far away from HostingRaja as possible.
