I would give 0 if I could. They only treat you well till you open an account. Then they don't. Offer you a bit discount in the beginning, then the prices are far too expensive. If you use a discount coupon and have a new plan, then they ask you to manually move the sites even if it was on the same plan. Even the condition of the purchase states that free migration. They do it because they just want to charge you a lot. Their customer service has always been awful. Charging me for a domain that I set as no renewal and many other stuff... I just did not have time to move my websites but I need to do it. They don't deserve long-term customers. Also good luck with the chat helpline. The human ones are worse than AI. They reply every 6-10 minutes. So, after 40 minutes, you still end up with no solution.

Please stay away from HostingRaja! A class action law suit needs to be filed against them due to their scammy culture and money hungry practices. I had to threaten them with a lawsuit to get refunded my money after just one day of subscribing to them. The absolute worst!UPDATE:HostingRaja is trying to get me to change my review. Do yourself a favor and stay away. This company can't hide their shady practices for too long before people start to see them for who they are. Too many people are saying the same thing. Do your research!

I just finished a chat with their customer service, and aside from the courtesy, I had a terrible experience. I transferred my domain from another provider, and once the transfer was completed, since it had expired, they asked me for a fee of 20+VAT to regain possession of my domain; otherwise, I would have lost it permanently. It's only 500 hundred products added maximum. This is madness. I have the top plan but it's not working. Also, I was talking to the customer service. They said they wouldn't help with this issue. Just think about it, you set up a website, do all the planning and editing, and then you can only add 500 products. What a disappointment.

The beginning of the service was rather informative as a bot generically answered my questions. But a human assistant had replaced the bot as I needed my specific answers. I am sad to report that I am not completely happy with HostingRaja as I was prevented from getting to get access to the features of the PREMIUM pack in 2021 and was informed that I was not eligible for refund.

The service/support has been insanely frustrating and difficult. It's been 4 weeks and they cannot migrate my website. It would take me days to try and summarize the frustration with speaking with support literally every day, for 4 weeks to try and sort things out. I have provided FTP access, GCP access, Wordpress access, iPage dashboard access, sent files, included database, and been on email and chat with support every day for 4 weeks (for hours at a time). Response: Yes, support requested SSH keys (which is insane to ask for from a novice user, given the average person does not understand these things & I've given support full GCP access). I went ahead and provided the SSH key to support and they failed, again! I then had to pay someone to get the files and database for me (a cost I shouldn't have incurred) and support failed at that, AGAIN! They then asked me to provide the files in a compressed format, so I took the time and effort to compress them and reload them to Dropbox. I am assuming they will fail, AGAIN!Another update: HostingRaja finally got the website up but 52GB of files was taking up 333GB of my space. Support told me to delete all of the files and have them start over (I should have known this was a terrible idea). They started over and 3 days later, told me that the files (which were used for the exact same upload that worked perfectly, 24 hours prior), we're corrupt and they couldn't make it work. Now my website is down again and we're going on 5 weeks of HostingRaja failing to get a single website working. It's clear that they're just messing with me at this point. I've never encountered a company this terrible at anything.

If this rating was for customer service, it'd be 5/5 stars. 30th December, I reach out for help and right away Kodee replied and kept an email thread with me until my problem was solved 30 minutes later. Kodee sent me the right links and was so, impressively quick to get back to me each time! Giving this platform 4 stars as I found the website creation navigation side a bit less user friendly.

Fast, easy and affordable

Transferred 2 UK domains to them, got charged a fee and turns out that it's just a transfer fee and doesn't renew them. NEVER transferred domains to a registrar that charges for UK domain transfers. Do not recommend.

Worst Experience. I Paid online using easypaisa wallet for hosting service and the amount was deducted instantly from my account. But in HostingRaja panel there was no Transaction. First their support said It'll take 48 hours. I waited and contacted again, They said they received no money. I checked from my bank and they said its deducted and successfully transferred to merchant. After 10 days of waiting when I contacted again with all recipts they again said wait 48 hours with no answer. Its really frustrating. They are making fun of customers doing fraud.

My competitors are exploiting HostingRaja's reporting system to file false claims demanding changes to my website. Although I notified HostingRaja about the false reports, they did not care and threatened to delete my website if i did not comply.The numerous requests over the years have altered my website beyond recognition.Who needs viruses or trojan horses when there "abuse" email grants any request from intruders without evidence?

they had an AIi politely keep asking the auto genersted responses while i tried to retrieve my monet because i have no access to the site. the company even defended keeping my money in response to the credit card complaint filed. terrible push off on AI if you have a real issue. good luck people.
