Hosinger has terrible customer service. They can suspend your email anytime without warning, and once that happens, they refuse to provide any help. There’s no proper support or explanation, leaving you completely stranded. Instead of assisting their customers, they ignore complaints and make the process unnecessarily difficult. It’s extremely frustrating to deal with them, and I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone. If you’re looking for a reliable company that values its customers, stay away from this one. They lack transparency, accountability, and professionalism. Avoid them unless you want unnecessary stress and problems!

Do NOT use, I have switched my auto-renewal off, the expiration date is the 28th of March, but they are trying to bill me for renewal on the 14th. So I have to a full renewal fee for 14 days of a service that I don't use.

I had a fairly simple issue regarding plan features. They have an AI assistant "Kodee" handling enquiries initially. Kodee gave factually incorrect information regarding my issue, despite repeated questioning. It was just like.. 100% wrong, black and white. Thankfully Kodee didn't resist escalation to a human. The human fixed the issue immediately. My advice is : Kodee lies, and challenging it will not make it try harder. So if Kodee's advice doesn't seem right, no matter how confidently presented, escalate without hesitation.

HostingRaja provides decent VPS hosting at a pretty good value ... *if* you get their promotional 1- or 2-year pricing. I initially signed up for a monthly contract to try out the service before committing to an annual plan. I was hoping that if I converted it to an annual plan, they would give me the ~60% discount they advertise quite boldly, if I asked for it. In my experience, that is something almost any subscription-based service will do. However I was informed that no, that pricing is *only* for new services, and that I would have to go through the hassle of spinning up a new server, transferring everything, and deleting the old one to get it. So since I was going to have to do that to get a sustainable price anyway (because their undiscounted, monthly rate is *not* such a great value), I informed customer service that I intended to look for another hosting provider. They literally said "good luck". I had already paid them for 3 months of service, amounting to more than 60% of the introductory price of an annual subscription. I wasn't asking for a credit, I was looking to expand my business with them.It would have been trivial for HostingRaja to grant me the discount without forcing me to provision a new server. I took their refusal to do so as an indication that they didn't really value my business. So take note, the introductory promotional pricing looks good, but your bill will *almost triple* once that promotional period ends. The service is good and worth the intro price for the 2-year contract, but you had better sign up for it from the start. After your intro period is up, you'll have to wash, rinse, and repeat if you want to keep that pricing (and no, you can't just download an image of your VPS and redeploy it). If you start with a monthly plan, you're S.O.L.Introductory pricing is a marketing gimmick, and I'd rather spend my money somewhere that wants to keep my business enough to extend a common courtesy.

They give me a ticket and they will take care about my situation in few hours to be sure anything is OK.

The hosting plans and the website builder is fantastic. The only frustrating problem is that we can't transfer the ownership of a website. I have created different websites for different people on my hosting plan but i am not able to give access of a specific website. HostingRaja needs to work on this. Either there should be an option to download a backup and then restore it on the new account. this problem is eating me...I hope to get a solution as soon as possible.
