I think they do it on purpose bcoz I gave them negative feedback here.... Their Wordpress service is not working you can not install any theme or plugin properly.... watse of time and money....

I purchased a hosting plan and domain from HostingRaja a year ago, assuming auto-renewal was disabled . Unfortunately, after a full year of inactivity, my domain was automatically renewed without my consent its not my mitake hoting active my auto renewal by it self , and HostingRaja refused to issue a refund. This experience has left me deeply frustrated.When I initially signed up, I explicitly disabled auto-renewal to avoid unexpected charges. Despite this, the domain renewed, and HostingRaja’s support team cited their "strict 30-day refund policy" as the reason for denying my request. They claimed that since the renewal occurred outside the refund window, no exceptions could be made—even though the charge was unauthorized.What’s concerning is the lack of accountability. Their support agents were unhelpful, offering no resolution beyond reiterating policy terms. This rigid approach ignores customer intent, especially when auto-renewal settings seemingly malfunctioned or were overlooked. While HostingRaja’s services are generally affordable and user-friendly, this incident highlights poor transparency in billing practices and inflexible customer service.Potential buyers should beware: Double-check auto-renewal settings for both hosting and domains (they’re often separate), and monitor your account even after cancellation. 1 year passed when I posted bad review. With main projects moved to less expensive and more productive hosting recourse, but left few less important and testing projects on lower level cloud service which is so slow no matter all advertisement of their high recourses. The only good thing of this service is dedicated IP. Checked their promotions and decided to go with even lower level offer with lower price and I guess same performance as more worse I think cant be... After contacting customer service they said yes, you can go for our offer, but we will deleted all existing data and you will need to everything setup from new by yourself. Or they can do everything in 1 click by themself but they will; charge 3 times bigger price!!! What? Why? Is it a normal customer service practice to extort the customer this way? Everybody who is new to HostingRaja please reconsider choosing this company not to get in their trap and false customer service. p.s. we have been their customer for 8 years, but I guess it will be the last drop leaving them.

The page is not easy to use, it has a lot of defects, you have to install and uninstall things, the basic things like adding a link.The only good thing is that I got support and fast answers from the staff.

This is no way to run a business. I'm on the cloud startup plan which I signed up to about 2 months ago. Website loads fast but occasionally it doesn't load which isn't acceptable. Also, I am getting 504 Gateway Timeout errors!! But what really upsets me are all those fake reviews here. They don't provide good support - all those reviews here praising specific persons are fake, it seems actually very hard to chat with a real person.

Horrible service i paid for a year of Domain and Hosting service for 8 different website not even 2 months later the suddenly suspended of of my websites which automatically disconnected my other domain names won't give a refund since i wasn't able to use the service or even my domain names, i guess you get what you pay for.

They will suspend your domain as soon as you decide to turn of the automatic payment renewal. I used it for a year and found it extremely complicated and time demanding compared to adobe portfolio, for example. They will renovate your domain without informing you, and when you turn off the automatic renewal, they suspend the website even in a case like mine, where i still have 10 months of paid domain.

I've tried using a hosting service twice from HostingRaja, and it always gets much slower after a few months, and sometimes it takes a few minutes to get into the WordPress dashboard. But the support only says everything is ok and offers a better hosting plan, but I already have one of the best offered hosting plans.

HostingRaja disabled sendmail email service to all my websites without notification. I have several travel booking websites and I did not receive any requests for over a month. Luckily a client sent us an email last week stating that they submitted a request but did not receive a response. I can only think that we lost several clients because we did not receive the requests.I spent over 3 hours troubleshooting all the wordpress website contact forms only to find out that HostingRaja turned off the sendmail service. wtf!HostingRaja sent me 1 email Feb 12th "Hosting Sendmail service is disabled for ...." 1 website and there was no mention that it would affect the entire hosting account. Their template response was that the 1 website violated their terms and conditions. The worst part is that the website HostingRaja reported as SPAM has a landing page and only 1 contact email account that is not being used. So it does not make sense that it would send out spam. I disabled the email account.HostingRaja due a better job communicating that disabling sendmail will disable outgoing email for the SPAM website and ALL websites in a hosting account.
