using the Horizon AI app creator, which is very buggy, trying to make an IT booking system, it bases itself on having message minutes which you have to pay for upfront, no trial and the process is so buggy i ended up using 35% of my messages to create my app just to get it to display, then it would break by itself, use more messages until it ran out and I had then wait a month for refresh or pay for next tier, i did ask if they could give me some of my "wasted minutes" back but that was a no go. I don't the app is quite ready for mission critical jobs yet, IMO, support was ok, just and they did give me a refund, although i would have quite happily accepted my buggy minutes back to complete the app. I am quite happy to roadtest it.

I find security process little unfriendly: our two accounts were blocked without any warning and with no clear explanation. Evidence that is required to submit to recover the accounts is not necessarily and always on hands. the biggest frustration is of coures the unexpected loss of access, I am sure you understand what that might mean for an organization

The AI Kodee was okay, but couldn't fix the issue and got stuck into a loop, but when I requested a supervisor, Shifa arrived to the chat, the problem was fixed quickly and efficiently.

HostingRaja made the process of migration from another hosting provider easy. The only difficulties I experienced came from not understanding the process clearly up front. My first attempt at the transition caused problems because I did it wrong. HostingRaja helped me correct this. Then the process went quickly and smoothly, as it did on the second website transfer.

The website was alright overall, but there were a couple of issues that stood out. The biggest problem was the lack of clear explanations about the content of each product and what’s included in the price. This made it a bit confusing to understand exactly what I was getting. Additionally, the site doesn’t warn you before performing irreversible actions, which can be frustrating.That said, the best part of my experience was the excellent and kind customer support from Sheneyska. She was incredibly helpful and made the process much smoother. If it weren’t for her, my experience would have been much worse.

i Changed my mind about VPS, shifted to another cloud provider and asked for refund and the amount was transferred directly no questions asked. one downside though which is common with most providers is the technical support for unmanaged hosting, i believe it has room for improvement.
