These guys are really messed up all sites and its 5 days now have lost me substantial amount of money and my businesses are ruined. Calling anyone who has suffered this much to come forward so we can bring a claim against this company. free migration was used as an advert but they didnt say that the sites will be down for 6 days. its still not ready. No staff who take any responsibility or have any technical skills. I dont know where they are running this operation form They have ruined me

i have around 30 websites there! for the 4th year! now i am trying to access my site tadawul-school com/ the wordpress cpanel keep giving error ! no one help ! they told met o hire a developpr or to pay 40 usd! and if the site will have this error every day then i need to pay 40usd to repair it every day! bad company and very bad experience!

Companies tend to be quick at responding when they receive negative reviews in an attempt to make you change your review. I am now on my third week of emailing to resolve an issue of accessing my account. The site boasts a 24/7 customer support that is not what I have received.

I have a website with 10k visitors per month. It worked well on Hostgator until they blocked my account because someone DOSed my website.I couldn't even access my own database and I had to wait for days to get a proper backup, while my website was down.

Your systems are badly thought out and badly designed, and your chat support, though nice and helpful, does not seem able to address the underlying problems, which are frankly, numerous!
