I paid for an annual subscription to Business wordpress the price of which was $97.09 a year later in December 2024 I found in my bank statement a charge of $143.88 so Hostgator raised the price by $47 more but I have not received any notification of the change in price or my express consent. Support refused to cancel the subscription, it's more like a soft scam to take more money legally. I will contact the bank for a chargeback. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Stay away. Giving "free trial" but setting up Auto-Renewal without letting you know. Been charging me 150GBP/year for 2 years. Declined a refund. Mickael

Furthermore, my repeated requests for a callback have been completely ignored, which is highly unprofessional and unacceptable for a service provider of their stature. I demand an immediate resolution to this matter or cancellation of the Google Workspace account with a full refund of the amount paid. Failure to respond promptly will leave me with no choice but to escalate this matter to higher authorities and consumer grievance platforms.
