They provide worst service and they suspended my website for 5 days without any reason and their servers are full of virus

I subscribed to Hosting Horizons, and it works much worse than the trial. After I made my payment, the tool frequently displayed blank pages instead of generating the expected content, which meant that many of my paid prompts were wasted. Since I pay $9.99 for 50 prompts per month, this feels like a scam. The support team refuses to restore my wasted prompts or refund my money. Additionally, I am concerned about privacy because it seems that the Hosting support team has access to all my prompts and the generated results.EDIT: Decided to refund my Premium Web Hosting plan too. The chat bot didn't allowed me to do that at first. The Hostgator behaves really shady. When I wanted to complete my e-commerce website in Website Builder tool I wasn't allowed to do that because you need to upgrade to higher subscription to set up payments.

This company is a big scam!!! They charged me without any warnings. my auto renewal was supposed to be on 10/4/2025 and they charged me on 3/4/2025 and guess what!!!!! i don't have the right to ask for a refund!!!! i have been stolen by this company!! even the customer service reply to this live chat every 10-15 minutes!!!

They entice you with a very special offer, and when you are already client, the price increases strongly each year! :(
