I had called go daddy for an issue and Arlene went above and beyond and by the end of the call helped me solve 3 issues! She was patient and kind and made a task that was so frustrating for me so simple! Will continue to recommend Go Daddy!

Namecheap has come a long way from when they first started out. Unlike some companies, they have listened to those who use their products and really made an effort and subsequently changes to make the customer experience better! It's not just 'lip service' but rather a way for them to continue to improve and provide top-level products and experience for their customers. I would recommended Namecheap first - every time.
