I called in to get some technical help on my website I was building. The system seemed to be glitchy. The gentleman at Namecheap just deleted my website. I was furious. I came back to Wix with my website because there AI is so much better and everything about making websites is so much easier. Plus if you want them to build your site at Namecheap they charge $1900. I found free-lancers on Wix to make my 1 page site simple in one day with seo, alt tags, meta tags etc. for $300. The only good thing that Namecheap did was refund my money but I had to fight for that. They were trying to give me an in house credit. Get outta here, stick with Wix and save yourself from a world of headache and extortion.

Namecheap is allowing fake content and hackers to thrive. Someone has attacked my company website, but this company has not provided any assistance whatsoever.

The young person I spoke with was able to resolve the problem I was having with my emails. He researched it, and after a brief hold, he was able to describe to me what he discovered. Then he gave me a choice of how I would like to handle it I made a decision To add more storage and he took care of that as well. I’ve never had a bad experience with Go Daddy. Both times I had a problem I could not resolve, their knowledgeable and polite Representatives took time to understand what the problem was, Explained it back to me and then gave me a solution.
