I paid £805 for an expert to build my website and wish I hadn’t, 12 days after sending all the images, all the text and chosen template. & after many phone calls and ticket raised I got through to someone who put the website live at last. Only for me to see that it has Website problemsNo SEONo LogoNo Brading coloursNo font choiceGallery pics not showing These are the basics!! I’ve been told you can’t speak to the people that build the website, I’ve had one chap that was rude to me, I’ve had the stress of trying to speak to people that don’t understand English terribly well. Just don’t waste your money, I popped on yesterday and at least added my logo, took about 2 mins to figure it.

Received a call from Namecheap which showed up in my call display. They clearly displayed their gratitude of my long time use of their services, then explained I had too much service on my security settings and removed it for me, gave some solid advice which I will attend to shortly. He said to tell them that this was not his mother or high school buddies giving this review. Which is a true statement. Sounded like a good kid on the phone working hard.

Hello I am Jazmine Lyons. Tonight, I encountered a problem while interacting with customer service agents at KLARNA. I had a bill with Namecheap that is due on August 16th, 2024, and I needed to flex the payments through Klarna's program. I can't use the service until I pay all my outstanding payments. I reached out to the support team asking for leniency and the ability to flex my bill in the matter, to no success, i wasn't given a chance nor having a savings grace. I pleaded with the last live agent, emphasizing the urgency of the time with the last rep. and still no break through. Then I called Namecheap and was connected to a man named John. I explained my situation to him, and he assured me that everything would be alright. During our 1-hour 5-minute phone call, John offered to help me feel relaxed and stress-free for a whole year for $23.88. It was unexpected and as I write this feedback, left me in tears during our phone call and I couldn't thank him enough. I was worried that Namecheap would suspend or close my Microsoft 365 email trial due to non-payment. John prevented my worry from turning into reality! I couldn't thank him enough for helping me. As of right now I still shed tears because the fear I had could have been a real reality. THANK YOU TREMENDOUSLY JOHN!
