Scam artists. They hold unused domain names that are expired for years and have a setup where you pay a fee for one of their "agents" to negotiate to buy the domain name off a "user" for an original fee PLUS a 20% commission.

I am super angry about the amount of money these people have charged me for service and the amount of time I had to invest in renewing services. I have been a customer for over 10 years and I will not be any longer. I was just charged over 500 GBP for service I did NOT authorize and I called for assistance and was disconnected. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
