I had troubles with the website so I rang customer service. I had a young man called NAS from Malaysia. His English was perfect and the line was crystal clear. He helped me with all my Namecheap problems and even gave me extra tips that were invaluable. I highly reccommend.

I had the worst experience with Namecheap, both in terms of their service and customer support. I tried to purchase a domain for my business, advertised on their website as £25.99 for a 3-year term, excluding VAT (£0.01 for the 1st year, then £12.99/year). Despite attempting to make the payment online three times, it never went through. I reached out to customer support, and that's when things got even worse.Komal from their team assisted me, processing the transaction on my behalf. However, I was charged £32.97 excluding VAT, which was not what was advertised. I spent over an hour trying to explain the discrepancy, even sending multiple screenshots to show the error, but Komal couldn't grasp the issue or perform a simple price match. In the end, I had to request a refund.This entire experience was an absolute waste of time. I will not be using Namecheap again. Avoid making payment via customer service at all costs!
