Scott Marshall is the BEST! I would not have been able to get my company back up in running without him. He was so kind and able to help and resolve my issue that I had been dealing with over a week.

I called into Go Daddy because my website had disappeared. I didn't know the reason this had happened, but the representative, Hari Haran, was very considerate and took the time to research into my problem and advise on what could be done to fix it.

Amazing phone supportI registered a new domain and was confused with the verification process. The wait time for phone support to speak to a person was less than a minute, and Vino was extremely helpful and patient, sorting out errors in my account and patiently walking me through all the required steps. Her service was excellent.

My client has been a loyal Namecheap customer since 2006. The reason why he wants me to help me move his website is because he has given over $9000 dollars to Namecheap in that span of time and giving him products he doesn't need like "Website Security - Advanced - 3 year(s)" and "Managed SSL 5 year(s)". His site is relatively simple but one day he got a bad virus and even though he paid for all this, he is still required to "update plugins" on his own. They didn't even help him clean it out. Clearly they took advantage of a non-technical person. The last straw occurred a few months ago. He was auto-renewed into these products. Over $700. And when he asked for a refund after the 30 day window they wouldn't even give him a full refund or partial refund. Heck even Namecheap credit would have been nice. You have to go to a website for an "exception" as the everyday agents won't deal with this. After all that money and years of loyalty and all you get is an automated response that says read the terms and conditions. This really could have been avoided.I'm in the process of switching him to Hostinger (which is much better overall) his page score jumped from 72 to 86 and all we did was copy the files. What I also like is that SSL is included and all that "advanced" protection is really not needed. I know it can be confusing and I really hate how Namecheap takes advantage of people. I'm willing to help anyone else in this situation. But don't even consider this company for your website.
