I contacted the company to fix a blind that had fallen on the wall. After a week without a response, I asked a friend to go directly to the company in Birkenhead, which no longer exists. He called the owner and soon after I called him. We scheduled the repair for 7 days, the only day they had available. I accepted. Well, it was already a 2-week wait. With two days to go, I received a call saying that I should be charged for the service because it had been over a year since they had installed it. So I said, okay? He told me on the phone, "Are you willing to pay?" I confirmed for Thursday. I'm here on Thursday, waiting for an hour and no one has shown up. When I call the company, they say they won't come today because the area they were working in today wasn't the same as my home. Horrible after-sales service. I will never recommend this company to anyone again.

Namecheap, is a SCAM. I have a resellers account and they have not paid me in years. Constantly making excuses that something must be wrong with my computer and not making any efforts to pay me what they owe. Why have i not moved? because I don't depend on this money and when I will find time and a better company that I will be sure isn't a scam, then I will say my good byes to Namecheap. Prior to Namecheap purchasing the original company i was with, I WAS GETTING PAID. They did reach out to me after my last negative review and pretended they would get it resolved and shortly after, CRICKETS.

Im client for 11 years at Namecheap. Website builder isnt the best of the market, but the HR does an amazing job choosing the right customer support agents, here is something Ai will never replace. I know how to use framer, and other website builders, but the human factor makes all the difference. I want to give also special kudos to JC, the customer support agent that raises Namecheap to the status of Lovemark besides offering quality customer support service, JC (that took care of Z3bras.com case) is an example of talent to be followed so Namecheap continue to be not only choosed by its amazing products but also be known as a humanized brand and a Lovemark.

The staff is excellent, friendly and professional. Dr Orozco makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed while in the dentist chair, even during the part I personally hate (the numbing shots). The hygienists do a wonderful, relaxing and professional cleaning. I would highly recommend Dr Orozco and staff to anyone that needs a professional and friendly family dentist.
