She saved me so much time today by caring about me and my company! I've have spoken to several representatives today that just didn't take the time or care to research the serious problems I was having with my company and to solve an urgent issue. Shalini is so important to your organization and you need more like her! She solved my problem in one phone call and saved me more stress than you can imagine! She is a tremendous asset to your company and I hope you will commend her for what she did for me!!! She was so patient and kind and she stayed with me until she solved my company's problem, instead of just saying, "I understand your problem." That's a very frustrating answer when you're upset! I have 32 emails back and forth with the account recovery team, with no help to date. It takes 3 days to respond, and each time with a different requirement in "the process". I have spoke numerous times with the worthless "award winning customer service" and no progress to date. 20 emails ago I had provided enough documentation to recover my domain name, but still no access. I am without a website until account recovery and customer service allow access. I believe creating a new domain name elsewhere is my only option. 6 weeks without access should be grounds for a legal claim. That is my next step.

If I search any domain on Namecheap for 3 times it buys it automatically through Namecheap related/daughter companies and tries to sell for 100-1000 times of it's original price. They overcome the law by using different companies to reserve every single .com possible variation of any business name. Besides all their "promotional" prices are trap. They charge you a lot after a year for a domain. And even if you cancel the domain they won't cancel the privacy protection automatically and you'll keep charged for that until you realize they scam you. The support pretends idiots like this is not a mistake and you have to cancel the domain privacy protection separately. Namecheap the company which plays dirty and doesn't care about their clients...

Customer service has gone down hill. I've been with this company for 10 years. I cancelled my automatic payments only for them to be reinstated without my consent. They've charged me twice for the same product & 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for a refund. They said it's 5 days refund policy, only for a domain name refund. Going against UK consumer law. I'll be moving all my websites elsewhere, once they run out. I was charged 300 USD for 1 year for a site that usually costs 120, last year. Ripoff merchants.The new hub is irritating to use also. It's supposed to be one of the best but it's terrible. I site I submitted to google etc & a year later, one site still wasn't being picked up with their SEO. Edit: to add insult to injury they've completely deleted my website with no way to get it back. This has affected my business & caused me stress. I'm now contemplating legal action.
