My customer service rep, Aaron, was the best at Namecheap by far..he was so patient with me. And explained things the way I could understand..he also made great suggestions and recommendations. Solved the reason I initially called, PLUS things I didn't realize I needed to discuss. Aaron got my understanding and my account straight!! 14 years with Namecheap, and this was my best experience!

Web hosting expired. I had multiple profiles and paid for the wrong one so I called customer service and Falvinder took the call. He was incredibly helpful, got my website back up and running, closed my extra profiles for me, explained the services they offer and even told me how much I’d save if I downgraded my web hosting services as I don’t regularly use the more premium ones. He offered annual, 3-year and 5-year web hosting options at good rates. Appreciated

My experience with Jovan, Namecheap representative was excellent. I m convinced He did all he could do within his expertise. He referred me to IT, and am sure they could have probably solved the issue' however, the fee they were asking for their services far exceed my capability to afford them.

They advertised with a price of less than 20 cents for a domain. Once through their process ( 2-3 minutes) the prize for same domain had risen to 800 dollars...WTF???

My problem wasn't able to be resolved by general support. After being transferred to Sami, 2 hours late I felt incredibly relieved! She was terrific!
