I just opened up a new account with Namecheap to host my website. I needed assistance with technical support and they were exceptional. Much better than BlueHost

For a newbie, Namecheap is great in that it offers a full service hub for people just starting their business and are in need of the tools to promote and streamline operations. Every year they seem to come out with a new offering. It is a little overwhelming at times, but at least you have the options. Their tech support is awesome, so don't wait until you have an issue! Engage when you have a question before it becomes and issue!!!

Efficiency, Knowledge, and positive outcome

Namecheap is supposed to host my website and email. Despite 8 times trying to get them to fix it via their tech support they haven't fixed it and my business is without both email and website. It is costing me money and they won't refund me. I have had it with Namecheap they are useless.
