As a one person shop entrepreneurial business owner, as an executive search firm, I found Namecheap to be fair in pricing to fit all my customized needs. I've been using their service for over a year now.The 24X7 customer support feature speaking with a live person is better than most other firms. If they don't have an immediate answer, they'll find you an answer quickly.What makes it a more complicated for my marketing & website package that I purchased is that I use other 3rd party sotware applications as a search consultant using Applicant Tracking Software, and Sourcing software based in Tel Aviv, Israel. Any backoffice technical support that is needed to integrate software applications can be a real struggle, but between Namecheap and my 3rd party technical teams we were able to make it all work.I will continue to use Namecheap email, website marketing services. What makes it very efficient proficient and streamlined, it is mostly do it yourself in realtime, making me look like a website design professional, of which I have very little experience with.

Namecheap has been my web/email host for over 13 years. They are the most customer savvy on-line tech company on the planet, surpassing even Apple! The patience and tech skill of the tech support expert I spent over an hour on the phone with today just rocked. He kept his cool even when I didn't want to keep mine. He slowly, expertly, methodically solved the critical issues (several of which were above my paygrade) and when the support experience was done seemed analogous to walking out of an Apple store - great product, great service, great value and a smile my face.Thank you Robert for managing me emotional state of mind, solving the problem and reminding me of the power of the Go Daddy brand.

So far a bit confusing setup but most of everything was streamlined after that. Really a good all in one platform and their customer service is great via phone
