Phone call and customer service

I am a modified Luddite when it comes to the types of services Go Daddy provides. When I get flummoxed, I know that I can contact Go Daddy customer service and I can speak to a real person...and one I can understand. Thank you for the personal touch.

I asked for a refund for the service that was not provided (they had "bugs" in my account and for 12 days they were sending me the emails that "we are investigating". As a result, it took them a month to reply to the refund request and they just denied it regardless of the fact that the bugs were their technical issue. Awful service!!! SCAM!!! AVOID at all costs

Customer was excellent the rep was knowledgeable and patient while helping me to resolve my issues, keep up the great support, again kudos to the representative.

Takes money even after you cancel subscriptions. Will send you in circles when you try to get a refund and confirmation that they won't charge again. Good luck talking to their customer service chat because you will be put with an incompetent person that will send you back and forth asking for more and more proof of said charges when you've already given it and they clearly have all the information in their system. Would never use this company for my business again, absolute scam artists. Reported to bank for fraud.

I appreciated that the Customer Service Agent took his time to understand my problem and my needs. I could tell he had an accent but I could understand him very well, he was taking his time and articulate his words. I did t feel rushed. My situation was resolved, even though I will have to redo my website, it will be redone the correct way with the proper plan! Thank you so much ?? for your expertise and your time!

do not use this company. theres so much wrong here that in summary just do a quick google search and check out a couple reddit pages. the company essentially locks your funds and holds them for 120 days at the slightest reason for them to be able to do so. want to talk to someone? nah email only for customer service regarding your account funds. by the time you get 3-4 emails off to them your 120 is almost done, so is your business. your house. and anything else you needed to proceed paying with your small business funds. Wretched people, unscrupulous business model. An all around miserable sham.

I needed to transfer a domain to start a new project. After several failed attempts at the transfer, I called support at Namecheap, and Dontranee responded. When I explained the problem, there was immediate insight. We walked through the necessary process, and at the end, I was able to do what needed doing--and I understood why I couldn't do it before. Dontranee explained things clearly, answered my questions, and encouraged me to exercise protective caution over my domain.
