Product is simple to use and the help is generally good, but often the MS Outlook has issues and the pricing packages conflict and are steep.

The dashboards and account info need to better informative than what they are. Very confusing.

I was able to get around the awful AI assistants, and after 10 minutes, I got to talk to a human who was kind and patient and actually helped.

This morning for over 1.5 hours I had the most amazing, experienced, professional and actually interested consultant and that is Zeynep!Zeynep could firstly calm me, lead and guide me step by step with so much patience through my technical dilemma, my constant questions and my own IT chaos.I call her My Guardian Angel.
