Every time I need to call Namecheap their customer support is very good they have a quick response time and all of their representatives seem to be very informed and able to resolve problems quickly I don't think there's another customer support in the world right now that can do this any better than Namecheap does

I’ve been using Namecheap for my domain registration and web hosting for over 10 years, and my recent experience has been disappointing. They charge me for new service I have never requested, it's not possible to get refund, they want me to charge for additional service and then reimburse for the one I didn't need in the first place! And you will be disconnected from your work email for 72 hours while you are waiting for that service change!

Really helpful step by step explanation given, i would recommend them to anyone setting up a business.Go Daddy has also helped with further advances my business through thier services, which i hope to consider in future
