I will admit that I am fashionably frugal. In that I do not pay for things if I can do the myself, and for me that includes most things web. But between the top notch customer support and sales reps and the ease of use with Namecheap from domain to site build to payments integration - it's been super easy and comfortable for me, as an advanced user who can usually figure things out on her own. They answer the phone and get to resolution quickly. I am super impressed and worth every penny I've spent.

Solved my issue quickly

I received an email alert indicating someone has attempted to get into my email. I contacted Namecheap to determine what had occurred and was the attempt denied. The Go Daddy representative looked into my account and was able to determine the access was unsuccessful. Great service

I joined Namecheap years ago and registered a domain. They were helpful then and continue to be so. My card got compromised so I had to re-submit a card and they gave a grace period for the renewal.
