I use to be a huge fan of this company. I've been with them for many years but recently after reviewing all of my domains and websites, I realized there was an additional package I hasn't ordered.I contacted them several times and asked to speak to a manager but they never let me speak to one. After my claim was submitted, I was told even though I didn't order the product, I still had to pay for it because I should have caught it sooner. So I'm currently looking for a new provider.The last 2 agents were sarcastic in replies as well
