Life can get busy sometimes and things change. I got caught up with my Graduate studies and work life that I forgot to make my payments renewed domain. When I finally log in I was charged $100 fee. Businesses no longer actually care about the people paying for services they only care about revenue. Small fees I get 5-20 but to have to pay a hundred is completely bull sh!t. I hope this company goes fu(king under and goes out of business go to hell.

And, once she understood the nature of my business (designing and building elegant floating homes), she offered some insightful thoughts and suggestions. Alas, once I was "on my own," I received notices that your computer was having trouble establishing a clear connection with my computer. I'm sure your people will soon sort this out. But, for the moment, I'm disappointed, because Jessica had fired me up about my creating a new website for myself, ASAP. But perhaps the problem is with MY computer . . . ? But I remain mucho-enthused to "get this baby off the ground, and airborne!"

I am deeply disappointed with the customer service at Namecheap. Despite spending hours attempting to resolve issues caused by their platform, including repeated 500 internal server errors when trying to edit my website, the support team was unable to provide a solution. The prolonged wait times and lack of resolution have left me frustrated and dissatisfied with their service.

Have been with them for years and no problems and always help right there if needed. They keep me up to date on everything. Someone always there to answer any questions and just total ease in have a website with them.

I have been a subscriber with Namecheap for six years now with three different domains. Twice now they have billed me without permission for domains that were done. The first time was a domain that had been transferred that somehow still had my financial information on it. The second was a domain that was to have been closed and that had an expired card for payment that I was allowing to lapse. In the second example, they used my current payment method as a backup (apparently I didn’t tick the box saying they couldn't do this). In fairness, they were quick to acknowledge the "errors" and refund the money, but these things should not have happened in the first place. Had they not, we'd be looking at a 4 or bottom tier 5 star review, because, in actuality, they are a good company. Just double check everything finance oriented because some stuff is not readily apparent.
