I Needed a Domain Name. Initially, I tried to go on Namecheap to select from a list of 25 Domain Names I had wrote out on paper. My computer decided to cut up so I had to call customer service for help. I received help from Jacob and he was more than accommodating my request to find the perfect domain name. To my surprise, he literally, stayed on the line while I was naming off what I wrote, which were taken or premium names. So, he suggested a name that truly sounded good and I rolled with that one. Jacob was super patient with me and helped me get a discounted price on my purchases for domain and professional email address. All in All Jacob's Customer Service Skills was Super Duper Awesome!

I have had five websites/domain names parked at Go daddy for 15 to 20 years. They’ve never let me miss a payment so that my domain name is inactive and in danger of being taken over by someone else. They are very easy to work with and seem to be caring, individuals who actually know their stuff. I give them five stars.

I was Reseller, every time I login I have to clear browsers cache, the live chat don't help at all whenever I ask live chat help, they gave me an email address to submit my complains to and got responses from those emails in 2-3 days to fix a small issue. If live chat is not here to help then why they are on your website. Second the provide USA based phone number to seek help and making calls from Asia to USA is too much costly. I must say, Customer Support -10 out of 10. Their services sucks 5 out of 10.
