Excellent service with people who talk clearly and plainly and know what they are actually talking about. No one reading from a script with an accent that makes them impossible to understand.

Namecheap's IT assistance is excellent and one reason why I use Namecheap. Life in a changing technical world is sometimes difficult simply because technology changes. Namecheap makes things better.

Stayed on the phone for 45 minutes and I had a lot of questions. Matt took his time and was very patient and polite. He also got us a meeting with the SEO team to see if they can help us with our online presence.

Avoid at all costs. They will block your account at any convenient opportunity without warning, taking your domains forever. I lost all my domains (more than 10), and 2 of them expired while I was waiting for a response from support (MORE THAN TWO MONTHS).They blocked my account, claiming that one of the domains had a WHOIS address in Russia. Nearly three years after the start of the war and sanctions, they decided to block my account along with all my domains just because one of them had a Russian address. I obtained a bank statement and sent them a document proving that I am in Georgia, where my Georgian address is listed. In response, they demanded a residence permit or a passport from another country. Do these primates really think that it’s so easy to get a residence permit or, even better, a passport from another country under sanctions? Of course, the domains will wait for me. They can't even unlock the account so I can leave their lousy service, and they can't even transfer my domains themselves. I won't let this go; I will take legal action. I have already lost 2 domains.

Namecheap had all the elements I needed to get a simple site up and running quickly: leasing domain name, creating a wordpress site (joomla's good too, btw), setting up professional email. Then I was able to add more sophistication pretty readily via free and affordable plugins: improving site search, adding DMARC lines for avoiding spam filters, easy to build forms like for "contact us" emails, and beautiful content display like accordians and searchable tables.

When I canceled my website, my Google email pointed to Cloudflare. I hadn't received a single email for three weeks. Christina at Namecheap understood that I had no knowledge of IT or coding and, very calmly and professionally, walked me through changing the DNS/Nameservers. Within 10 minutes, we had my email back up and running.
