The agents at Namecheap not only answer your questions they ask you questions to make sure you understand all that is available to you. Yes I know it’s sales, but their agents do it with no personal benefit and they genuinely offer information to make sure you know what is available to you. I have been trying to login on Microsoft 365 to check on my email as needed, my group has been helping me through, but the same outcome. I have been redirected too many times that I'm left alone to figure it out and I had to stay up until 4 a.m. Tonight, I finally called for help after 4 attempts with the help of my colleague as to no avail. I was really tired and exhausted and with the help of their staff, I finally was able to get through and now I can sleep well. Again, thank you so much.
