Knowledgeable and patient professional

I called Namecheap support on a Saturday and quickly made human contact with a support representative. The representative was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He was able to help me look at the best financial plan for moving my hosting and domain to Namecheap. We aren't done yet, but he will be available for us to finish up the work on Sunday -- Can you believe it? 24/7 support is real at Namecheap!!
