Namecheap's rep Johanna did a super job of assisting me to establish a business email account within a domain I own with an existing website. The domain is on Namecheap, while the website isn't. Established MSFT 365 email client at Namecheap and changed (added) DNS codes.

My allocated call was a super helpful Parveen in Malaysia who fixed everything in about 15 mins! None of the others could.
