A real professional who focused on what I needed corrected without pitching me a bunch of other items. A real PRO!

The representative was able to fix my problem in less than 5 minutes. The real issue was that it took 2 hours and 16 minutes on hold before someone could actually help me.

After waiting for a few minutes, i was connected to the Namecheap tech He was very patient and resolved the issue I was having with my new email set up.

Namecheap has been the best choice for my small business email and website needs. I was able to create a fully functional website on mine own in less than 3 hours. They make things really easy, even for a novice like myself.

The customer service representative was very good however Go Daddy‘s policy for not being able to reactivate a website that was deleted two days prior something that’s on your server which could be retrieved for a tenured customer who just brought new business to your platform to show that I intend on remaining a continual customer. To want to charge me for something like that is very Ludacris as it’s only been 48 hours. The supervisor denied the request to retrieve the website without $149 fee. Show me some appreciation for me being a customer for so long.

I had a 6 month old issue with another small email host service. Namecheap solved issue over the phone in 10 min I went with there Outlook email . & i had multiple business email addresses transferred & activated within 30 min, with no issues. A lot of the other email host services don't know how to keep up with the latest security protocols, rules & email issues. Great Job

The customer service rocks. I do not call that often but when I do it always to my satisfaction. Today I call cause I was trying to embark a potential customer to move from another webhosting to Namecheap. So I call and spoke to Aljohn and he answered my questions, my client had, professionally and went on giving me an even better option. Thumbs up

Namecheap is great - we are able to have our website service and anytime there is a problem I can call and representatives are always helpful. Today was exceptional beyond the highest level of customer service and that is because of the representative, Lloyd. He was patient at troubleshooting the problem and didn't get off the phone until I was happy with the outcome.

Although I have only had one experience with the customer service, it was expedient and a resolution to my backend issue was arrived at within the necessary parameters I set to accomplish. I also reached out at what I would presume to be an indecent hour, and the fact that this was an overseas center was to my advantage. The functionality is as expected with a company of this size, in regards to pay ways on certain services. The other functions, marketing etc are stock and I would recommend a more specialized approach; whether that is an in house marketing team or outsourcing to some other company.,

I had to update my credit card after losing it, seems simple right? Somehow I missed the deadline for my renewal and my site was suspended!!! The rep that took my urgent call on a Monday night once I realized what I had done worked with me and waived the charges and got me back online in minutes. Thank you Go Daddy and I won't let that happen again!

You’re forced to wait hours no exaggeration to talk to an agent..After repeated tries, I finally got one person who seemed to be competent, was able to solve my .problem
