I recently had an issue forwarding my domain due to a change in company email. I called and was greeted by Liezelle, who quickly addressed my issue, found a solution and got me all squared away. She had a bright and joyful personality and was a pleasure to speak to. Namecheap made the right decision in hiring her and clearly trains their employees to be skillful, knowledgeable, and treat their customers with kindness and respect.

I was having problems setting up. When you call you get a chatbot which was OK for basic questions. I asked to speak with a real person. Thought I’d wait hours but no! Rob was on the phone right away. He made it absolutely painless, fixed the problem and now I can have a great day.

The representative (Stephanie) was professional, polite, and amazing. She was patient with me as this is the first time I am setting up Microsoft 365 for my business. She was not familiar with MAC and I truly appreciate her telling me that instead of giving me the run around. We worked through it together and it became a learning experience for the both of us. James helped me through moving our 365 products from Namecheap directly to Microsoft so that we can leverage a few of the options that are not available through the Namecheap portal. He was super attentive and communicated well. Although it basically means that Namecheap is losing that part of the business, he was very helpful and positive. Hats off to Namecheap!!! I will use them as my registrar and all thing webite related moving forward.

Migrating email service to Namecheap and their representative Nick has provided excellent services. The wait time was around 5 minutes before getting hold a representative, which is not too bad.
