While your customer service agents have been extremely helpful, a series of mistakes occurred, including DNS issues, Namecheap issues, and restoration to the wrong type of email account. These errors resulted in additional charges to my service. Though I acknowledge some responsibility for this oversight, I believe that after so many years of service, Namecheap should have suspended my service and provided a grace period to address the billing issue rather than deleting my account and necessitating restoration.It has now been a week since I have received emails. During this time, I was in contract negotiations and was compelled to use my Gmail account to complete them. I am uncertain how many important emails I have missed as a result.I would rate your customer service as 5 star. Its rare post pandemic to have such great service. That said, technically it has take way too long to correct these issues in my opinion.

Yesterday, I purchased a 1-month web hosting plan and additional services from Namecheap. However, my account was suspended without any explanation, and I was denied access. I requested a refund under their 15-day money-back guarantee, but so far, no resolution has been provided.I chose Namecheap expecting reliable service, but this experience has been a major disappointment. They have fallen far short of my expectations in terms of customer satisfaction and transparency. I am still waiting for my refund and for this issue to be resolved.
