I had the pleasure being able to talk to Brennon Bowman today. He help me get the best deal and package for my website that was suited for me and what my business needs. Prior to our call, I was on the phone with Microsoft for about 25 minutes very frustrated and agitated that they could not help me. After I called Go Daddy and got on the phone with him, I felt relieved that there was a solution to my problems, and he was patient and kind. He walked me through it sometimes even three times because I was a little lost. He helped me navigate the Go Daddy business side of the website and even offered extra help for the Google search engine and marketing at a later time or even today if I chose to. I can’t get over how amazing my experience was. I don’t usually write reviews like this, but I was very impressed and satisfied. Sometimes it’s hard being a new business owner and I feel way more confident now that I know that I have the support and help from Go Daddy. I would recommend everybody work with him! Everybody needs a Brennan when it comes to the Go Daddy platform! 10/10!!

Jennifer, the Namecheap assistant working with me was well informed and even found some security issues about which I was unaware. She also informed me that there were some phishing emails that informed me my password was expired and asked me to update my password. I would never do that without talking to Namecheap, but she verified my concern was was a phish. She was also very professional and assisted me in reviewing all my upcoming renewals.

Unfortunately, my experience with Namecheap's customer service and technical support has been far from satisfactory.I’ve faced several frustrating issues, starting with waiting over an hour and a half for technical support. Additionally, mishandling my account caused disruptions, including being locked out due to malpractice on Namecheap’s part, and having my email services disconnected. After adding a new business email and domain to replace my former ones, I encountered further complications.This level of inefficiency is unacceptable and poses a direct risk to my business revenue and operations. Time is money, and Namecheap’s errors have wasted both. I urge Namecheap to take immediate steps to resolve these issues, ensure my accounts are running smoothly, and provide a cohesive update to avoid any further setbacks.Clause: If these issues are not completely resolved and fully operational by January 17th 2025 – 48 hours from now], I will have no choice but to initiate legal action for punitive damages due to the financial and operational strain caused during this downtime.As someone who values professional integrity, I expect Namecheap to take full responsibility and prioritize the solutions my business requires to continue thriving.To all future and current customers: approach Namecheap cautiously, as their current support system seems to leave much to be desired.

I was completely baffled by Outlook failing to open, and instead just endlessly cycling a Microsoft dialog "Trying to sign you in." The Namecheap customer service rep was able to quickly resolve the issue, and I'm able to access Outlook again.

Just writing to point out that after I got a reply to my first review of Namecheap saying I will be contacted by email it never actually happened, they never reached out to ask for information as promised. Definitely do not trust this company and don't waste your money!!I am absolutely furious and reaching out to trading standards for a refund. What an absolute joke!!!
