I've been with Namecheap for nearly 6 years now (they provide my domain, email address & website) and every time I've called them or they've called me, they have managed to help me save money and streamline the services I use them for. They have called several times during my subscriptions with them to ask me if I am happy with the products, their services etc. and if there's anything else they could help me with. The website builder in particular is fantastic; I have no idea about building websites but when I look at mine compared to some others (for businesses in the same sector) I'm always amazed at how much more professional it looks. Today I called to ask about future payments for my current subscriptions and I was helped by Stephen. Stephen was really friendly, listened carefully to all my questions and was also incredibly patient when I had to put him on hold and call my bank halfway-through our phone call. Stephen helped to put a future subscription package together for me that is essentially going to save me 50% on the fees I would have paid over the next 10 years.I have always been very pleased with the service Namecheap provides and absolutely recommend them.

There may be cheaper ways to host domains, but the customer service for size of business is excellent and I feel safe and secure knowing I'm hosting with one of the best.
