With two businesses and a hobby to run, Namecheap makes it easy to handle our domains, our emails, and hopefully soon we will be able to setup an e-shop for the hobby which I know will be seamless and easy to accomplish with Namecheap's help. With people like Spencer handling my requests from the Namecheap side, we can't go wrong. There are many options for domain registration and all of the additional things that come with it, but I put my trust and my business with Namecheap and I have NEVER been disappointed.

I do not usually have any problems but on the occasion that I do have something go wrong I am able to call in and get things fixed. This call was no exception. Maylene got to the bottom of the problem and we got it resolved.

We've been with Namecheap for a long time and one of the main reasons is that they've got a great support team. Through a very complicated and convoluted effort to move away from Namecheap for a different email provider, we ended up coming back but it was a mess. "Big Thanks to Scott!" for his help on the phone and the team to get all of our emails back and the money side taken care of as well!

I have never been one to recommend Namecheap although not a bad service just not great service. That being said the last customer service representative have changed my mind completely highly recommended.
