I had just finished creating my website using the Namecheap free platform and was ready to link a domain and commerce plan to it. Unfortunately I didn’t do it correctly and now had a blank website attached to my domain and a free trail with a completed website. I called customer support in a panic and my customer service representative Ray was amazing. He helped get everything linked the right way and now my website is published and I couldn’t be happier!
