Every time I call Namecheap, I have a great experience with their tech support specialist. The last call I was on was cut off, so that is frustrating but it was a long call and I know how upper management works. If it goes to long, cut them off. My tech Elijah was amazing and I gave him a raving review because he was clear and precise in his communication and there was no communication barriers at all. I've honestly never had any issues with Namecheap's customer service and thing they are ranked at the top of any support people I've ever worked with and I've been in IT for nearly 35 years.

I realized 2 days later that I registered a wrong name for my domain. I called the customer service to request a refund; within a few minutes I was talking to a live representative(not an AI!) who was highly professional, knowledgeable and fast in her response to issue a refund. I'm rather impressed with this level of service.

Love the customer service at Namecheap. I know I can rest assured that I can call and talk to a real human who will resolve my issues and hold times are not long. Over 15 years in my business and their customer service is still this level of quality. In this day and age of automations, AI, customer service chat bots, and many large companies hiding their phone #s or simply not having them (Google I'm calling you out), it's good to have real, actual customer service.
