I used to use their studio app and left for a while and then came back and it's just as great as I remember. I was having a bit of an issue and I had to call them. I spent a little longer on the phone than I would have liked but Mark was very polite and apologetic because I was on the phone for a little bit. I would recommend these guys for sure

I will have to say though, website builder is difficult than before, and time consuming, but it's still doable. Sometimes all representatives are not as patient as this one, hope they train all. I do recommend Namecheap.

Beware, Namecheap decided to add the blue authentication app, as a security measure to get you into your email now. Don’t waste time with it, if you don’t use it, call support and ask them to walk you through turning it off, now I sign in with my account number not my email! I turned it off so I don’t have to worry about it. I put this in the survey, bc it won’t help, I was just cyber attacked in August and I can tell you it doesn’t stop anything or anyone if they want to get on your devices and I won’t put up with not being able to access my biz email. They should have emailed the information and if we didn’t respond it didn’t go on! Call go daddy and keep calling them they may finally stop with this madness. When I got hacked my authentication system never worked again! I know this to be true. You want to turn off authentication if you can’t sign in with your password or authentication doesn’t finish
