Without exception each time I have a question for Namecheap the employees are exceedingly knowledgeable and helpful. You know how you’d DREAD having to contact some companies? (Looking at you T-Mobile) not so with Namecheap. Their culture is very customer oriented and I am thankful. Mark did a great job!
