Daniel did an awesome job getting me taken care of and my issues resolved. I have been with Namecheap for 20 years. Several of my sites were not being used any longer. Daniel was able to assist me to accessing my old account and updating my new emails so I could get into my account. He did a great job with me and was very patient in the process. I'm so grateful to have Daniel on the other end of the phone walking me through things. I'm very thankful Namecheap has on phone customer service. You can never replace someone like Daniel. So in my opinion for the best in customer service, always have a phone number so people like me can work with people like Daniel. He is the BEST!!!

They are also willing to help and work with you when cash flow is challenging which is much appreciated - again in these difficult times many of us are facing.

I transferred my domain from Squarespace to Namecheap and was having issues with the transfer. Squarespace would not even let you talk to somebody on the phone and just referred me to a useless AI trouble shooting chat. The customer service rep on Namecheap, however, was awesome. I solved my problem so quickly and was super nice too. I am very grateful and it's nice to see a company that still values customer service.
